NewSouth Architects offers a variety of design services including schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and negotiation as well as construction administration.
Along with a team of engineering consultants, a landscape architect and interior designer, NewSouth provides complete architectural services from master planning to project construction management.
In addition computer aided drafting is used for all projects to provide accuracy of detail and easy transfer of information among the design and engineering team.
Specifications are produced on computer using SpecText Software, written in association with Construction Specifications Institute. This system reduces time, expense and the possibility of errors.
